One spacious bedroom with big size double bed (160cm x 200cm), fitted mirrored wardrobe and a flatscreen TV on the wall, with international channels. Another bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has French windows floor to ceiling, each with a marvellous view to the main square with bars, restaurants and monuments and fountain. The fully tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine. The dining area caters for 6 people. The lounge with flat screen TV has a large sofa which conveniently converts to a sofa bed (160cm x 200cm). The apartment benefits from free wi-fi connection. Bed linen and towels are provided. Underground parking is close by and available for 30 Euros per week.
Nestling in the south-western corner of Andalucía, in the north-west of the province of Cadiz, Jerez can be seen to enjoy a truly privileged geographical location: lying in a fertile area formed by the plain of the Guadalquivir, on the banks of the river Guadalete and just a short drive from both the Atlantic beaches and the Gaditana mountain range. A marvellous geographical situation, midway between the mountainside and the coast, where over 3,200 hours of sunshine grace the town with mild temperatures year round. The gentleness of the climate, with temperatures averaging 11º C in winter and 25º C in summer, softened by both its proximity to the sea and its very geographical latitude, means winters are mild and summers pleasant.
 Strategically located amid rolling countryside and yet just a few minutes from both the Atlantic coastline or the Gaditana hills, Jerez is one of the most beautiful and attractive cities to be found in Western Andalucia.  Jerez and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to play golf, offering an excellent choice of courses in spectacular locations both inland and on the coast. The Costa de la Luz literally means “coast of light”. The area does have bright, vivid light that highlights the whitewashed villages, golden sand and blue sea. If you hire a car to get around and play at various golf courses inland you will find landscapes of wild sierras, fertile countryside, pastures of fighting bulls and vineyards. In spring the courses are covered with an explosion of flowers, and the mild and sunny winter attracts millions of birds to the area.
 Jerez has a large number of leisure facilities in which to enjoy a lively nightlife that has something for all tastes. In the centre of the city, in its fashionable areas where all the action is, Jerez offers a multitude of possibilities and options: restaurants, Tapas bars, Flamenco "Tablaos", theatres, bars, pubs, clubs with entertainment and nightclubs. In Jerez you can enjoy a very appealing night out; long and lively. We are sure that you will not be disappointed.
 Due to Jerez prime geographical location, nestled between the sea and the mountains, there are an outstanding number of options open to tourists which make Jerez the perfect place to base yourself while investigating the province.
 El Puerto de Santa María is a short 12 minutes drive from Jerez. Sanlúcar and Chipiona are only 15 and 20 mins away, as is the unrivalled National Park of Doñana, Cádiz, the capital of the province, is only 20 minutes away, as is the beautiful Atlantic Coastal Route.
